Data Rights Requests

If you want to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, object to, or withdraw consent for personal information related to Etuosity, use the process below. Rights vary by jurisdiction, but Etuosity handles requests through one clear contact path.

How To Submit a Request

  • Email hello@etuosity.com with subject line "Data Rights Request".
  • Include your name, email, country or region, and request type, such as access, correction, deletion, erasure, export, restriction, objection, opt-out, or consent withdrawal.
  • Include enough detail for us to identify your data records.

Rights We Support

  • United States: Access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, sensitive-data choices, authorized-agent requests, and appeal rights where applicable under state law.
  • European Union: Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and the right to contact a supervisory authority.
  • Singapore: Access and correction rights, consent withdrawal, and handling consistent with PDPA notification, protection, retention, and transfer obligations.
  • Taiwan: Inquiry, review, copy, supplement, correction, cessation of collection or processing, cessation of use, and deletion rights where applicable.
  • Philippines: Information, access, objection, erasure or blocking, rectification, data portability, damages, and complaint rights where applicable.

Verification

To protect your privacy, we may ask you to verify your identity before we process a request. For child-related information, we may also verify parental, guardian, school, or authorized representative status before disclosing or changing records.

Response Timing

We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and respond within legally required timelines applicable to your jurisdiction.

Appeals and Complaints

If you believe a request was handled incorrectly, reply to the decision email with "Data Rights Appeal" in the subject. Depending on where you live, you may also contact your local privacy or data protection authority.

Limitations

Some requests may be limited where legal obligations, security concerns, or active compliance requirements apply. We will explain the reason for any limitation when legally permitted.
